CipherGlyph Viewer is a reader. If something fails, start here.
If you need help, swing by the BadCoin Telegram at @badcoinnet. To write it down instead, email support@cipherglyph.org.
How do I read a CipherGlyph?
Open CipherGlyph Viewer, continue past Welcome, then Scan address or Paste address. The app looks up GLY1 on the chain's issuer history and shows Glyphs with the letters underneath.
Why does Bitcoin or Dogecoin say it is not configured?
The app recognizes those address formats. Lookup for those chains is not connected yet. BadCoin lookup works. The app says this on screen on purpose.
Is this a wallet?
No. No keys, no account, no send. Scanning an address does not mean you own it.
Can I write a CipherGlyph in this app?
No. The iPhone app does not inscribe. This website does not inscribe either.
Where are the lesson plans?
The Teacher Kit is public: github.com/AgileOnTarget/Cipherglyph_Teacher_Kit
The camera was denied.
Use Paste address. To turn the camera back on: Settings, CipherGlyph Viewer, Camera.
What iPhone does it need?
iPhone, iOS 17 or later.
